Well time does fly or at least runs like the wind. I blinked and I am on my way to completing my second year of retirement. No way that can't be possible! Now lets talk about that word retirement. I think I am much busier than I ever was teaching Kindergarten for 29 years. I guess the flexibility of retirement allows me to be even more involved than when I was teaching full time. I love that I can do so many different things. I am tutoring 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at the intermediate school in Madisonville and also 1st graders at the elementary school. I am still able to work with my love, my kids in the Down Syndrome group of the Brazos Valley! I am getting ready to start my Spring HWT (Handwriting Without Tears) class. Soon will start planning our reading and math summer program for June, July and August.
The major part of the life I love is my family. I am truely blessed. This will need to be a post for another day. I have a lot to love about my family stay tuned....
